I wrote a scary story that is not so scary.
There was once a man who was in his bathroom when he wondered what was under his bathtub because he would hear noises from time to time. He grabbed the drill in his garage and drilled a hole in his bathtub. When he was able to make a big enough hole he looked inside, but couldn't see anything. Thus, he drilled even more until the hole was bigger. Once the hole was so big he could jump in if he wanted to; he looked inside again. Beneath his bathtub was a deep hole with such an immense depth that it made him curious to throw something inside. He grabbed the closest object to him, which was a plastic cup. He threw it inside and after a while he heard a thud and nothing more.
"Hmmm... That was peculiar," he said and shrugged his shoulders. As he turned around to leave his bathroom, he heard a raspy voice, "You've set me free and you hit me."
The man turned around and was never seen again.
When people went to search for him at his house after endless phone calls, they found that nothing was different. The man had disappeared. A friend who spoke Spanish said, "A lo mejor so lo trago la tierra."
